The Last Mile Logistics team ensures safe, accurate, efficient, reliable, and customer-focused delivery on Rohlik country market. Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) and Couriers are a critical part of our last-mile capacity strategy, enabling flexibility, scalability, and efficiency in courier operations.
The DSP Account Manager is responsible for setting up country DSP strategy as well as day-to-day management of DSP partners, ensuring smooth operations, high service quality, and consistent performance monitoring. The role acts as the primary operational contact for DSPs, collaborating closely with local last-mile teams and central operations to maintain efficient, compliant, and scalable delivery partnerships. The role holds full accountability for the Last Mile DSP budget at a country level, driving multi-million Euro cost-optimization programs.

- Lead end-to-end DSP operational strategy, ensuring sustainable performance and long-term partner success.
- Own and continuously elevate DSP performance frameworks, driving KPI excellence through data-driven initiatives and strategic interventions.
- Provide governance over DSP compliance, ensuring alignment with contractual, labor, safety, and regulatory standards at scale.
- Act as a key liaison between DSP partners and last-mile leadership, shaping fleet strategy, capacity planning, and operational execution.
- Spearhead process optimization and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost performance across the network.
- Anticipate operational risks at a systemic level and design proactive mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and resolving complex operational challenges.
- Translate advanced performance analytics into strategic insights, enabling continuous improvement and informed leadership decisions.
- Communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including senior leadership, providing clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
- Champion a high-performance culture by embedding data-driven decision-making and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Navigate ambiguity and shifting business priorities, leading teams through change in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What we look for
- 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, last-mile operations, transportation, or account management.
- Experience managing third-party logistics providers or DSPs.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience monitoring KPIs and producing reports.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
- Fluent in hungarian and english
Preferred
- Experience in e-commerce, grocery, parcel delivery, or on-demand logistics.
- Knowledge of DSP compliance, labor regulations, and sustainability initiatives.
Familiarity with routing optimization, fleet systems, or WMS/TMS tools
