Job Description

  • Build and maintain omni dashboards via Power BI and Quick BI, optimize visualization to satisfy business reporting requirements. 
  • Validate the accuracy, completeness and consistency of new‑built Alibaba Cloud data sources, cooperate with technical teams to troubleshoot and fix data anomalies. 
  • Write SQL queries for data extraction, filtering and aggregation. Respond to ad‑hoc analysis demands from each department, organize outcomes and present core insights to stakeholders. 
  • Update and archive work documents, operation SOPs and data dictionaries, keep all‑team shared‑files up‑to‑date. 
  • Finish cyclical daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly data‑related work, including dataset refresh, PowerPoint update and data review.
  • Manage and push forward global‑data projects, engage stakeholders and deliver milestones.
  • Participate in building integrated e-commerce datasets and dashboards to support business reporting and decision-making. 

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student majoring in Business‑related subjects, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science and other relevant disciplines 
  • Hands-on experience with SQL queries and Python, Power BI /Quick BI 
  • Keen eye for details, clear logical thinking and capability to manage multiple concurrent assignments 
  • Initiative‑driven, fast‑learning and ready to take data‑analysis and project‑coordination work‑challenges 
  • Basic to good English communication, reading and writing skills. 
  • Available for 3–4+ working days per week, at least 6 months or above
