The HRIS team is a community of dedicated professionals committed to managing and optimizing the technology, systems, and data that support HR processes across an organization.
Impact
We are seeking an experienced 8+ years of IT experience with Workday HCM and Recruiting professional to support, enhance, and optimize Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Recruiting solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, business stakeholders, and IT teams to design, configure, implement, maintain, and improve Workday processes and functionality.
This role requires strong expertise in Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Business Processes, Security, Reporting, and Release Management.
Key Deliverables
- Manage and maintain Workday Core HCM configurations
- Configure and support organizational structure
- Configure and support worker lifecycle events
- Maintain compensation and organizational data structures
- Support business process optimization and automation
- Configure and support end-to-end recruiting processes
- Configure career sites, candidate experience, and employer branding settings
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to improve recruitment efficiency
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance requirements
- Participate in Workday releases, testing, and upgrades.
Skills and Qualification
Functional/Technical Skills:
- Good Knowledge of Workday Technology
- Strong understanding of HR processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience in Core HCM, Recruiting, Security and Reporting use cases
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Agile/Scrum experience is a plus
