Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building critical infrastructure that powers high-volume, real-time business operations across multiple systems and platforms.

We are seeking a Group Product Manager to provide senior product leadership across multiple product areas and help define the company's long-term product strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Define product vision and strategy across multiple product areas.
  • Lead a portfolio of strategically important products.
  • Partner with executive leadership on company strategy.
  • Identify major market and product opportunities.
  • Establish product operating models, metrics, and standards.
  • Lead and mentor senior product managers.
  • Align Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Operations.
  • Drive strategic launches and company-wide initiatives.
  • Represent customer and market insight at the executive level.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • Significant experience leading multiple products or product teams.
  • Exceptional product strategy and business judgment.
  • Strong technical fluency.
