מה כולל התפקיד?

  • פיתוח Microservices ו-REST APIs ב-Java לצורך אינטגרציה עם מערכות ליבה בנקאיות, שירותים פנימיים ופתרונות צד שלישי וענן.
  • השתתפות פעילה בתכנון פתרונות ארכיטקטוניים, תהליכי מודרניזציה ו-Middleware ארגוני.
  • פיתוח ותחזוקה של מערכות בסביבת Genesys (On-Prem ובהמשך מעבר לפתרונות Cloud).
  • עבודה בסביבה דינמית, מאתגרת ועתירת ביצועים (High Scale).

Requirements

מה אנחנו מחפשים?

  • לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בפיתוח Java.
  • לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון מוכח בפיתוח בארכיטקטורת Microservices ו-REST APIs.
  • ניסיון מעשי באינטגרציה בין מערכות ארגוניות מורכבות.
  • שליטה בבסיסי נתונים SQL / Oracle.
  • ניסיון עבודה עם Git.
  • יכולת עבודה עצמאית לצד עבודת צוות מצוינת ותקשורת בינאישית גבוהה.

יתרון משמעותי:

  • ניסיון עם Genesys Engage או מערכות Contact Center מבוססות ענן (CCaaS).
  • ניסיון בפיתוח מערכות IVR / CTI.
  • היכרות עם פלטפורמות Contact Center נוספות (NICE, Cisco, Avaya וכד’).

יתרונות נוספים:

  • ניסיון בעבודה עם Docker & Kubernetes.
  • ניסיון עם Message Brokers (כגון Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ).
  • ניסיון בעבודה בסביבות Cloud ותהליכי CI/CD.
  • היכרות עם מערכות בנקאיות או ארגוני Enterprise גדולים.
