Job Purpose
To aid Nedbank CIB in understanding it’s data through business intelligence tools, data analysis & story-telling and strategic initiative setting
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and refine monthly dashboards (Excel, Power BI and other)
- Understanding, interpreting and presenting of financial, client and other data
- Consolidate, analyse, interpret and provide high quality business intelligence and analysis
- Use AI on a daily basis to improve efficiencies and help with innovation
- Aid CIB in its adoption of AI through use case identification and agent build
- Support stakeholders with data, insights, query resolution and ad hoc analysis of data (financial, risk and pipeline metrics)
- Produce targeted reports and presentations that summarise findings and recommendations in order to inform stakeholder decision-making
- Train stakeholders on how to use business intelligence tools to aid in their decision making
- Deliver key insights that support strategic decision-making by responding timeously and professionally to a variety of adhoc business requests.
- Research and analyse queries by consulting with different stakeholders across Nedbank to deliver timeous and accurate resolutions.
- Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and add value to CIB
- Building trusting relationships with stakeholders
- Identify training courses and career progression for self through input and feedback from management
- Ensure all personal development plan activities are completed within the specified timeframe
