Full description

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join a commercial organisation operating across retail, e-commerce and distribution channels.

The role will support business decisions through dashboards, reporting, data analysis and actionable insights across sales, inventory, customer behaviour, pricing and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring business reports.
  • Analyse sales, margin, stock, customer and channel performance.
  • Support commercial, finance, supply chain and operations teams with insights.
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data.
  • Translate business questions into analytical reports and recommendations.
  • Improve data accuracy, reporting structure and KPI visibility.
  • Participate in forecasting, budgeting and performance review processes.
  • 3+ years of experience in BI, reporting, data analysis or commercial analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI, Excel and SQL.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce or consumer goods is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret business data and communicate insights clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Knowledge of ERP, CRM or data warehouse environments will be considered a plus.
