This role is foundational as outreach is the first and often only chance to reach members who've been missed by traditional care. - Dive into engagement data to identify drop-off points, surface opportunities for further targeting, and build the case for roadmap investments that improve program performance.
- Drive experimentation where applicable to increase member engagement rates.
- Work alongside Senior Product Manager and Platform engineering team to ship improvements to the member engagement engine.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine message content, tone, and timing for diverse member populations to drive action in the home.
- Serve as the internal expert on how our notification and outreach systems work, educating Client Delivery, Sales, and Operations on capabilities and constraints
Qualities

- Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product and user experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to bridge conversation across external clients, internal stakeholders, and engineering.
Requirements
