As ServiceMaster Restore of Winnipeg continues to grow, we're looking for someone who can help our Project Management Office operate at a higher level. This role is responsible for improving project performance, driving accountability, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring our teams consistently hit operational targets. You'll be responsible for helping our Project Management Office operate at a high level by tracking performance, identifying bottlenecks, monitoring compliance, and ensuring critical tasks don't fall through the cracks.

You will work closely with our Operations Manager, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators to improve consistency, accountability, and execution across the business.

What You'll Do

Monitor Project Performance

  • Track project milestones, deadlines, profit margins, and job progress
  • Monitor project profitability and gross margin performance
  • Review work-in-progress (WIP) and aged projects to ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor estimate upload timelines and carrier SLA requirements
  • Ensure forecast information is accurate and up to date
  • Support weekly production and review meetings

Drive Accountability

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational targets
  • Follow up on outstanding action items and commitments
  • Escalate and review project risks, concerns, and bottlenecks
  • Ensure projects continue progressing toward completion
  • Identify trends affecting profitability, productivity, and customer experience
  • Drive consistency across project management processes and standards

Support Compliance & Quality

  • Review project documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Audit notes, photos, reports, and job files
  • Monitor internal compliance requirements
  • Ensure company processes and standards are being followed
  • Help maintain readiness for insurance partner and franchise audits
  • Manage internal compliance protocols

Improve Operational Excellence

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency
  • Help develop reporting and dashboards
  • Support process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with implementation of new systems and best practices and monitor success
  • Support customer issue resolution

  • Experience with DASH, XactAnalysis, Encircle, or similar project management systems
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills are considered an asset
