What is the opportunity?

Our platform manages millions of devices across multiple operating systems, requiring exceptional performance, scalability, availability, and resilience. You will join the AI Platform Team, the group responsible for building foundational AI capabilities across the Omnissa product ecosystem.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead and innovate within the data science team to drive significant advancements in our AI/ML and data analytics capabilities. This is a hands-on role, and you will be expected to develop AI/ML-based solutions, work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems, and contribute to the company’s vision through advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

You’ll work closely with engineering and product teams to operationalize models across our cloud-scale environment while driving best-in-class ML engineering practices.

Responsibilities : - As a Senior Engineer, you will bring expertise to the role

below.

Required Skills:-

• 8 to 13 yrs years of hands-on experience in Security / Enterprise software development highly proficient in Python and working knowledge of at least one other programming language such as Java or C++ and hands-on experience building large-scale distributed systems.

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical training.

• Track record of architecting, designing reusable, high-performing, and scalable systems.

• Experience with and solid understanding of SQL or NoSQL data stores.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• A high degree of "ownership"—the ability to determine what needs to be done and make it happen.

• Passion for collaborative development and support of quality hosted software services.

• Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and Agentic frameworks is a huge plus.
• Experience developing microservices.
• Experience with the Spring Framework.
• Experience deploying a global service in AWS.
• Experience with big data technologies.
• Experience working on live enterprise-grade scale services in the cloud.
• Understanding of deployment issues in a complex environment (security, networking, load balancers, service dependencies, disaster recovery, etc.)

• Security and compliance consciousness.

• Experience with asynchronous programming.
• Experience with

event-driven architecture (EDA)  and publish/subscribe (pub/sub) messaging patterns.

• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices and tools.
