Principal Responsibilities:
- Build strong partnerships with leaders and subject matter experts in Marketing, Sales, GTM, Channel/Partner Business, Operations, Customer Support, and Global Services to understand business priorities, identify technology solutions, and foster an environment of collaboration and mutual support.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to capture business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and solution designs.
- Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Work closely with IT leadership and team members, including Salesforce Developers, Administrators, and Solution Architects, to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions while partnering with business stakeholders throughout the application lifecycle.
- Produce high-quality documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, acceptance criteria, process maps, training materials, and release documentation.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, defect tracking, issue resolution, and validation of business requirements.
- Project Delivery Coordination: Serve as a functional lead on project teams, tracking project health, proactively managing delivery timelines, and keeping key stakeholders aligned.
- Governance & Best Practices: Promote platform standards and Salesforce-native best practices across cross-divisional teams to minimize technical debt.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across Sales, Marketing, Go-to-Market (GTM), Channel/Partner Business, Operations, Customer Support, and/or Global Services.
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Solid Salesforce configuration experience, including custom objects, fields, relationships, and page layouts; Salesforce flow and automation capabilities, validation rules and business logic, Reports and dashboards, security model, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing concepts, data management and data quality practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or a related CRM functional role.
