Your Role

As an LMS Administrator, you will support P&H’s enterprise learning platform by helping ensure the LMS is well configured, integrated, compliant, and easy to use across business units. This role is essential to P&H’s transition to one connected learning platform. This role reports to the Talent Management Director and helps create a single source of truth for learning, compliance, and workforce readiness.

Day to Day

  • Day-to-day LMS administration, including user access, learning assignments, and system maintenance
  • Configuration of role-based learning paths, certifications, and compliance training
  • Support for integration with UKG Pro, Active Directory, and legacy learning systems
  • Data accuracy, reporting, dashboards, and audit-ready training records
  • Troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and user support for managers and learners
  • Upload, test, and maintain learning content, including eLearning, instructor-led training, videos, and compliance modules
  • Support SMEs and L&D teams with course setup, curriculum mapping, version control, and content records
  • Continuous improvement, rollout support, and adoption of the enterprise LMS

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Learning and Development, HR Information Systems or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in LMS administration, HRIS, or learning technology
  • Experience supporting enterprise LMS implementations or system transitions
  • Strong knowledge of LMS configuration, reporting, compliance tracking, and data governance
  • Experience with system integrations and digital learning formats (e.g., SCORM)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with, support, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams at various levels
  • Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is an asset
