We’re looking for a Support Engineer to join our client's tech team and help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across their platform.

Requirements

• Conversational English, both written and verbal

• Experience with Python and Django in a deployed, production codebase with live users

• Experience troubleshooting issues in production environments

• Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday), approximately 11:00 AM–8:00 PM CST (TBD)

• Able to investigate and troubleshoot issues independently

• Comfortable navigating and understanding an existing production codebase

• Able to clearly communicate technical findings and next steps

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with React and debugging frontend issues in an existing production application

• Experience in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role

• Experience debugging issues using application logs and monitoring tools
