As a BI Engineer- Associate- Analytics as Service - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that help clients streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide exceptional service to clients. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage diverse perspectives, while growing your personal brand and technical skills.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the transition and management of outsourced services to enhance client operations - Collaborating with delivery teams to optimize processes and tools for managed services - Engaging in project management tasks to streamline operations and improve efficiency - Utilizing automation frameworks to design and develop solutions for process improvement - Participating in continuous process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence - Gathering and analyzing data to identify patterns and inform business process optimization - Assisting in the development and execution of service delivery plans to meet client needs - Contributing to stakeholder engagement efforts to align service management strategies - Applying technical standards and guidelines to uphold professional and ethical conduct - Developing commercial awareness to understand business operations and client expectations
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2+ years of experience in SAS , Tableau , SQL - Oral and written proficiency in English required
