About ONE/SIZE

ONE/SIZE is a prestige cosmetic brand founded by Luxury Brand Partners & Patrick Starrr and built on one ownable promise: makeup that lasts all day. Our hero product, the On ’Til Dawn setting spray, is one of the best-selling makeup products in the United States.

We are also one of the fastest-growing prestige brands in the world right now — live in Sephora and Kohls across North America, continental Europe, the UK, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, in Boots UK, on TikTok Shop and direct-to-consumer, with international growing at triple-digit rates.

That growth is exactly why this role exists. We are building the global planning function from the ground up, and this is the leader who will build it.

In this role, you will spearhead brand and product marketing strategies and execution from concept to launch to post-launch, while ensuring the brand shows up consistently and effectively across every consumer touchpoint.

As a member of the Marketing team, you will collaborate with Product Development, Creative, PR/Influencer, Sales, Education, Visual Merchandising, etc. and report directly to the Executive Director, Global Brand & Product Marketing.

HYBRID: This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act’s overtime requirement and is open to candidates based in LA. While the position is primarily remote, it follows a hybrid 2 day per week schedule requiring occasional in-person work at Culver City, CA 90230. You must be able to work core Pacific hours. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions are essential for remote work. Approximately 10-15% travel is expected, to key retail partners and to international markets. This position is classified as exempt from the overtime requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
