Your role.

• Handling periodic projects (assisting with research, special analysis requested by Managers, Partners).
• Developing relationships with clients and participating in networking/business development activities
• Manage responsibilities between multiple long term client projects throughout the full project lifecycle—participating in client discussions, completing testing, documenting findings, and communicating results to stakeholders.
• Contribute to professional development initiatives by training new team members and attending relevant conferences to stay ahead in the field.
• Engage in internal firm activities, including recruiting and exploring new technologies to enhance client delivery and firm operations.

The qualifications.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, Economics or a similar discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to write professionally and concisely, summarizing project insights and challenges effectively to stakeholders.
• A flexible schedule to respond timely to client needs, managing both total and billable hours.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required by client engagements.
• Current certification or a commitment to obtain certifications required for the role within the firm's specified timeframe.

This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.

We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA. Please review the position description for the applicable geographic location. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range, as compensation decisions take into account a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer standardized, market-based starting salaries among individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is: 78,000.00 - 90,000.00
