Join the Regional Programs & Partnerships team in Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development and play a key role in evaluating government programs that deliver real outcomes for regional communities across NSW. Working alongside evaluation specialists, you'll help collect, analyse and interpret data that informs investment decisions, strengthens program performance, and demonstrates impact. 
This is an exciting opportunity for a data professional who enjoys working across diverse datasets, creating meaningful reporting products, and using evidence to support better policy and program outcomes. 
 
About the role 
As an Evaluation Data Analyst, you will contribute to the delivery of monitoring and evaluation activities across Regional Programs & Partnerships. You will support the collection, management, analysis and reporting of data that underpins evaluation findings and helps drive evidence-based decision making 
- Analyse and interpret data to support program evaluation.  
- Create dashboards, reports and visual insights.  
- Improve data quality and reporting processes.  
- Deliver evidence that informs decision-making.  
- Work with stakeholders across diverse programs. 
 
About you
- Skilled in data analysis and visualisation. 
- Advanced Excel and Power BI capability. 
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills. 
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality outcomes.
