Major Responsibilities: Carry out UBT audit (Daily). Collect Process capability data (CTQ monthly) Carry out Cut tyre analysis (Monthly) Tyre weight monitoring (Daily) Finished Product Audit/Report (Daily) Preparation of PDIR(Daily) Shift DMRC (Daily) Co-ordination of customer related activities (when required) Defence tyre inspection related activities (As & when required) Capturing/holding/stopping floor abnormalities (Routine)
Skills: Knowledge of quality tools ✓ . Exposure to core tools (SPC, MSA etc) ✓ Knowledge about IMS systems ✓ Exposure to cut tyre analysis ✓ Exposure to ATQM techniques ✓
