Full description

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data team and help us turn the data in our central warehouse into actionable insights that guide commercial and product decisions. You’ll likely thrive in this role if you enjoy uncovering trends, translating data into clear business narratives, and taking ownership of how analytics evolves across the organisation. If dynamic, cross-functional environments bring out your best, you’ll feel right at home.

We are flexible with the location of this role.

We are open to on-site (offices in Copenhagen and Wrocław), hybrid, and remote working.

About Us Cookie Information and Piwik PRO are leading SaaS companies specializing in privacy-first compliance and analytics. Together, we’re building intuitive, user-friendly products that help organizations navigate data privacy and marketing insights.

You will join a small, newly formed Data team alongside one Data Analytics Engineer, with a second currently being recruited.

The Role

Day-to-day, you will work closely with the Data Engineering team on technical delivery and collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and drive adoption. As the permanent internal owner of the Data Project, you will take over from the current advisory engagement and lead its long-term development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a data advocate within the organization by promoting best practices in data usage, quality awareness, as well as in building and using reports and dashboards, helping teams better understand and trust data.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting (e.g. revenue analysis, consent volumes, cross-product usage, cohort and conversion views).
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews to managers and C-level, connecting data to concrete decisions.
  • Specify requirements for source integration and CRM enrichment; validate that the data reflects real product and billing status.
  • Act as the translation layer between data engineering and business stakeholders across Finance, Product, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Support and Partnerships.

About you

  • Strong SQL and hands-on data analysis; comfortable working directly in a data warehouse environment.
  • Proficiency with a BI / dashboarding tool (e.g. Google Looker Studio / Data Studio or equivalent) and ability to build clear, decision-oriented visualisations.
  • Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into data work and data findings into business recommendations.
  • Practical experience building and maintaining data transformation pipelines using dbt or similar tools (e.g. Dataform).
  • Experience with commercial / SaaS data domains: subscriptions, invoicing, MRR/ARR, churn and retention concepts.
  • Strong communication skills; able to present to and influence senior, non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent command of English, both written and spoken (C1).

It would also be great if you have:

  • Familiarity with the Company’s stack: Stripe, E-conomic, HubSpot, and CMP product data; warehouse and pipeline tooling.
  • Exposure to data modelling and warehouse design principles.
  • Experience operating between engineering and commercial teams in a scale-up environment.
  • Understanding of partner / channel attribution and multi-entity billing.

What we offer:

  • Professional development budget, health insurance, and other benefits.
  • A positive, informal workplace.
  • The opportunity to influence key business decisions, including financial priorities and the product roadmap.
  • The autonomy to shape your role and proactively identify areas where data can deliver the greatest value.
  • A highly collaborative role as a trusted data partner to teams across the business.

Application process: We’re looking to fill the position as soon as possible and will be inviting candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis, so don’t hesitate to send your application today.

This is what our recruitment process looks like:

  • A brief screening call with our Talent Partner (online, approx. 30mins, in English)
  • An assessment (take-home)
  • An in-depth interview with the hiring manager and a member of the team (online, approx. 60 mins)
