Abitocorp is a leading garment and cotton knit fabric supplier with its own factory based in the USA. We are dedicated to producing and supplying high-quality garments both locally and worldwide, built on a reputation for reliability, efficiency, and maintaining incredibly high standards in apparel production. We are currently seeking a meticulous and driven Business Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Hawaiian Gardens, California, United States, offering a competitive daily rate of $250 - $500 USD.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysing our business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving projects that support our continued growth and efficiency in the competitive apparel market. You will act as a vital link between our business operations and technical teams to ensure our strategies are implemented effectively.
Responsibilities
* Analyse and document current business processes across supply chain, manufacturing, and sales to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. * Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather, validate, and document detailed business requirements. * Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications for system and process enhancements. * Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and report findings to senior management. * Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify emerging market trends. * Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively. * Act as a liaison between business departments and technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
* Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. * A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. * Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills. * Strong experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and business analysis methodologies. * Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. * High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. * Experience within the manufacturing, apparel, or supply chain industries would be a significant advantage. * Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is desirable.
