This role serves as the technical lead for Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Microsoft 365 services, privileged access management, identity governance, automation, compliance, and cloud security initiatives.

Senior Identity, Access & Microsoft 365 Technical Lead
The Senior Identity, Access & Microsoft 365 Technical Lead is responsible for the administration, security, governance, and operational support of Vertiv's Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Microsoft 365 environments. This role serves as the technical lead for Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Microsoft 365 services, privileged access management, identity governance, automation, compliance, and cloud security initiatives.
This position provides advanced technical leadership for enterprise identity platforms, Microsoft cloud technologies, user lifecycle management, access governance, security controls, and operational support while partnering closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Service Desk, Engineering, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Okta, Sailpoint, identity governance, hybrid identity, automation, and cloud security, with a strong focus on operational excellence, customer service, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role combines responsibilities from both IAM and M365 technical leadership functions.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management and Microsoft 365 administration.
- 3+ years of experience implementing or administering SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), or equivalent Identity Governance platform.
