The Interim SAP Concur Support Analyst provides operational support, administration, and configuration assistance for Hilton's global SAP Concur Travel & Expense platform.
Responsibilities
What will I be doing?
This role will serve as a primary resource for user support, ticket resolution, access administration, testing, documentation, and systems administration activities while partnering with Finance, Procurement, Travel Services, Human Resources, and Information Technology teams.
This position supports ongoing global expansion initiatives and helps maintain a scalable support model as additional countries and users are deployed to SAP Concur.
Key Responsibilities
User Support & Ticket Management
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP Concur Travel & Expense users.
- Investigate and resolve ServiceNow support tickets.
- Troubleshoot login, profile, approval routing, expense report, and policy-related issues.
- Support contractor setup requests, elevated access requests, and user provisioning activities.
- Escalate complex issues to SAP Concur Support, HR, IT, or business stakeholders when required.
Concur Administration
- Maintain Concur user profiles and administrative tables.
- Support expense processor and approver access requests.
- Assist with audit rule administration and testing.
- Support country-specific configurations and policy updates.
- Maintain system documentation and support procedures.
Change Management & Testing
- Assist with testing new configurations and enhancements.
- Participate in system upgrades and global deployments.
- Capture screenshots, test evidence, and supporting documentation for Jira change requests.
- Validate production changes against approved requirements.
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Support reporting requests from Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams.
- Analyze ticket trends and support metrics.
- Assist with preparation of globalization support models and operational reporting.
- Help monitor user adoption and support volume trends across regions.
Global Rollout Support
- Assist with new country implementations and hotel deployments.
- Support user onboarding, training, communications, and hyper-care activities.
- Partner with regional finance teams and local subject matter experts.
- Coordinate with SAP Concur Customer Success and vendor support resources.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting ERP, expense management, financial systems, or workflow applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Concur Expense and/or Travel experience.
- Financial systems support experience.
