Summary:
This role is critical to driving the successful development and delivery of high-impact product initiatives. As a key member of the product team, you will play a central role in shaping product strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution. You will be responsible for translating customer insights and market trends into actionable product requirements, while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. Your work will directly influence product quality, user satisfaction, and business growth by ensuring timely, data-driven feature releases.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of product initiatives and feature releases.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and industry research to identify emerging opportunities and best practices.
- Participate in feature testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionality and usability.
- Monitor and analyze key product KPIs and user behavior trends to inform iterative improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Support and Operations teams to surface and address customer pain points.
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of product management processes, tools, and workflows.
