What You Will Work On

This role centers on supporting and improving the systems and processes that drive merchandising and operational efficiency. Daily work includes managing functional aspects of business systems, optimizing workflows, and ensuring data, configurations, and requirements stay aligned with business needs. Every solution you deliver helps teams move faster, make clearer decisions, and reduce complexity across tools and processes.

You’ll partner closely with IT, business teams, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, define requirements, and support enhancements from concept through testing. Responsibilities include leading UAT efforts, supporting end‑user training, and maintaining foundational data, security roles, and system documentation. Your work ensures systems run smoothly and evolve to meet changing business priorities.

Strong partnerships with IT, software vendors, business stakeholders, and Training teams shape your day‑to‑day work and ensure system updates support real business needs.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes, champion data accuracy, and guide decisions tied to systems and enterprise‑wide integration.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
  • 3 years of systems, process analyst, or related analytical experience required
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional system requirements
  • Knowledge of merchandising processes, retail math, KPIs, and system integrations
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed
