- At least 8 years in product marketing, CX, or digital, preferably in telco postpaid.
- Experience owning a digital / app product and running monetization or lifecycle programs.
Duties and Responsibilities
A) FUNCTIONAL
1. Designs and executes user-focused engagement strategies to improve adoption, retention, and CX for Enterprise postpaid subscribers.
2. Owns the Smart App for Enterprise — roadmap, feature adoption, and in-app engagement and monetization.
3. Addresses ARPU decline through targeted monetization and lifecycle offers.
4. Drives Infinity churn reduction and base retention through CX and engagement programs.
5. Manages assignee monetization initiatives across enterprise postpaid fleets.
6. Owns campaign design, delivery, and compliance across the postpaid CX calendar.
7. Coordinates with Sales, Brand & Marketing, IT, and CX operations on execution and measurement.
8. Tracks ARPU, churn, retention, and campaign performance; reports with corrective actions.
B) ADMINISTRATIVE
1. Chairs or contributes to pipeline, performance, and risk reviews; escalates issues with recommended actions.
2. Submits P&L, pipeline, and performance reports on the required cadence; maintains roadmap, launch, and documentation.
3. Completes timekeeping, leave, and expense filings on or before cut-off.
4. Participates in performance management (goal-setting, reviews, appraisal) for self and team.
5. Completes mandatory compliance trainings annually (Code of Conduct, Data Privacy Act, Information Security).
