Full description

GovCIO is seeking Senior Project Analyst to support a large, complex federal program. In this role, you will lead contractual deliverable tracking, oversee award fee self-assessments, produce quarterly PMRs, maintain performance dashboards, reconcile program travel/expenses, and assist with risk/issue management measurable outcomes. This position is located in within the United States and fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contract schedules and quality; ensure timely compliance with government requirements.
  • Lead Award Fee presentations twice a year; prepare quarterly PMRs with actionable insights.
  • Maintain SharePoint dashboards for staffing, deliverables, risks, and issues; communicate key trends to leadership.
  • Submit and reconcile Travel Authorization Requests per policy.
  • Work with the Risk Manager to update logs, capture notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support budget and profitability efforts; collaborate with stakeholders as needed.
  • Coordinate across teams; provide training and mentorship for procedure consistency and service excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)

  • Experience: 8+ years in business analysis, operations, or program/business office roles; demonstrated success across government contracting, financial services, and operational leadership
  • Technical Skills: Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SharePoint; Jira (risk/issue tracking).
  • Familiarity with award fee processes, PMR development, federal deliverable compliance, and travel authorization protocols.

Posted Salary Range

USD $95,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
