In this role, you'll:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including interface specifications, support procedures, project briefs, system diagrams, operational runbooks and Confluence knowledge articles.
- Administer and maintain TMDD configurations, geospatial polygons, device mappings and operational data used by transport management and motorway systems.
- Analyse TMDD message flows, interface transactions and system integrations to identify issues, troubleshoot faults and support operational outcomes.
- Investigate complex application, integration and device control issues through analysis of system logs, message traces, Splunk queries and system behaviour to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain complex Splunk searches, dashboards and monitoring capabilities to support operational monitoring, incident management and system performance analysis.
- Plan, coordinate and execute system integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Production Verification Testing (PVT) and regression testing activities for system enhancements and releases.
- Provide Level 3 technical support for transport management systems and integrations, supporting incident, problem and change management activities.
- Collaborate with project teams, motorway operators, vendors and stakeholders to support delivery of system enhancements, operational improvements and service transitions.
- Support onboarding of new motorway systems, interfaces and devices through configuration, testing, operational readiness and production support activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, data quality, operational efficiency and support processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you
- Experience supporting transport management systems, intelligent transport systems (ITS), operational technology environments or comparable critical infrastructure platforms.
- Experience with TMDD standards, system integrations, interface management, device control systems or real-time operational platforms.
- Experience administering geospatial datasets, polygons, device configurations or operational data used in transport, utility or infrastructure environments.
- Experience using Splunk or equivalent monitoring and log analysis platforms to support troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in system integration testing, production support, incident management and operational readiness activities.
