Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned - Finance Transformation Analyst – Coupa Support
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day functional and production support for Coupa
- Resolve approval workflow breakdowns, invoice and PO mismatches, integration failures, user access/configuration issues, and data integrity issues
- Support backlog management and issue resolution across procurement processes
- Perform end-to-end procurement testing for system changes and enhancements
- Support SOX/compliance audits and control-related activities
- Assist with Oracle–Coupa financial reconciliation and interface monitoring
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, IT, and technical teams for incident resolution
- Support enhancements, testing, and change requests
- Maintain SOPs, support documentation, and knowledge articles
Mandatory skill sets:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Coupa support, procurement systems support, or finance systems support
- Good understanding of procurement-to-pay (P2P) processes
- Experience with invoice processing, PO matching, approval workflows, and user access support
- Knowledge of ERP integrations, preferably Oracle
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
Preferred skill sets:
- Graduates in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or Sciences
- MBA / PGDM in Finance / Accounting / Management
- Functional troubleshooting, Incident management
