· Perform data audits and quality reviews to ensure information is fit for reporting, analytics, and operational use.

· Identify opportunities to improve data capture, reduce duplication, and minimise manual intervention across business systems.

· Support the development and maintenance of trusted datasets used in reporting and dashboards.

· Document data quality issues, data definitions, governance processes, and remediation activities in a clear and consistent manner.

· Support data enrichment initiatives to improve the completeness, accuracy, and value of customer, product, commercial, and operational data.
