Position: Financial Project Analyst Intern Location: Bogota, Colombia Duration: 6 Months / 1 year Education Recommendations: Students in their final semesters of Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented intern to join our Financial Project Controller team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing financial reports and ensuring the smooth closure of projects. Your work will directly impact the decision-making process and the overall success of our projects. This is a great opportunity for a finance or accounting graduate to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate financial reports (Balance and P&L) to support decision-making by Financial Project Controllers.
- Organize and store financial documentation and reports in shared locations for easy access.
- Manage WBS, sales orders, and service orders to support project closure and deliver monthly status reports to Project Controllers.
- Collaborate with Logistics and shared services teams to ensure successful project closure and data accuracy.
- Reconcile order backlog and review figures during month-end closures at the project level.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Provide support to the team during busy periods and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
