What this job involves:

As the Program Delivery Manager for Expressions in Seattle, you will serve as a local leader in delivery and operations of the Expressions program in service of the Amazon Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) client. Expressions promotes an innovative mindset at Amazon, producing dynamic art experiences that exercise individual creativity, encourage invention, and strengthen teams through imaginative collaboration. Reporting to the Senior Program Delivery Manager, Expressions, you will lead strategy and operations across all Seattle Expressions locations, managing a team of corporate arts educators delivering programming to employees while ensuring that program delivery is engaging and responsive to the needs of client and customer. This position requires you to oversee operations of Expressions spaces in Seattle (Lab, Lounge, and Studio), including educational program strategy, staff scheduling, vendor relationships, and day-to-day space management while partnering with the Expressions SPDM to lead Expressions Lab curriculum development across AMER. We support each other's wellbeing and champion inclusivity and belonging across teams. You will serve as the primary owner of Expressions' Seattle facilities, overseeing operational needs and owning special projects as they arise while effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders including client contacts within GREF and JLL Integrated Facilities Management FM/Program partners.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Collaborate with Sr. Program Delivery Manager and Expressions team members in imagining and implementing opportunities to elevate and expand the program across Seattle locations
  • Oversee operations of Expressions spaces in Seattle (Lab, Lounge, and Studio), including educational program strategy, staff scheduling, vendor relationships, and day-to-day space management to ensure seamless delivery
  • Oversee Seattle-based team (APDM and PDC) performance and development, providing mentorship and leadership that empowers team members to deliver strong results while fostering a collaborative culture
  • Partner with Expressions SPDM to lead Expressions Lab curriculum development across AMER, owning processes and approvals for Expressions educational and engagement offerings that inspire innovation
  • Serve as the primary owner of Expressions' Seattle facilities, overseeing operational needs and owning special projects as they arise including space improvements and program expansions
  • Support Expressions Studio installations at Seattle sites, partnering with the Bellevue PDM who owns exhibition curation and program strategy to ensure cohesive regional delivery
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders including client contacts within GREF and JLL Integrated Facilities Management FM/Program partners to maintain alignment and satisfaction
  • Manage internal communications channels for the local program, including graphic design workflows, program promotion, and newsletter development to drive employee engagement
  • Lead regional operational needs, including budget, financial management, and key program data while ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparent reporting
  • Oversee delivery of additional programming that occurs outside of dedicated Expressions spaces in Seattle, including key internal customer partnerships that extend program reach
  • Support vendor relationships and initiate necessary documentation needed per client guidelines, including MSAs, WOs, and Contracts while ensuring compliance with procurement processes
  • Utilize shared file systems and document storage in accordance with JLL and GREF direction to maintain organized records and support knowledge sharing
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed to preserve standardized methodology and support scaling across multiple locations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Five (5) or more years of program management experience in real estate, community engagement, strategic partnerships, hospitality, or related fields with demonstrated success leading complex initiatives
  • Five (5) or more years of physical classroom, lab, studio or facility experience with hands-on understanding of educational programming and space operations in creative environments
  • Proven artistic knowledge and cultural literacy with the ability to lead a team of creative professionals operating in a corporate environment while balancing creative vision with business objectives
  • Strong business acumen including experience with corporate infrastructure, systems management, and organizational dynamics within large organizations with ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Financial management experience including transaction tracking, financial reporting, and resource allocation with accountability for local budget management and cost control
  • Proactive, hands-on leadership style with willingness to support team members and lead by example in delivering results while empowering others to excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams using appropriate tone and data-driven insights
  • Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, high-profile corporate environments where agility, professionalism, and client service are essential to program success
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new technology platforms to support program operations and reporting
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities with a track record of identifying opportunities and driving implementation without requiring constant direction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Facilities Management processes, real estate operations, or workplace services delivery models with understanding of how cultural programming integrates with broader workplace strategies
  • Background in arts administration, museum programming, gallery management, or cultural institution leadership demonstrating deep understanding of curatorial practices and arts education
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools that support structured program delivery and team coordination including ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, or operational frameworks that drive consistency and enable scaling across multiple sites or regions
  • Track record of building partnerships with external organizations including nonprofits, cultural institutions, and community organizations to create innovative programming that enriches workplace culture
  • Experience with curriculum design and educational program development with ability to create engaging learning experiences for adult learners in corporate settings
  • Graphic design experience or familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) supporting internal communications and program promotion
  • Background supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through cultural programming with understanding of how art and culture foster belonging
  • Experience managing creative vendors including artists, educators, fabricators, and installation professionals in corporate environments
  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements for creative spaces including materials handling, equipment operation, and facility compliance

Estimated compensation for this position:

95,600.00 – 117,100.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
