This role is designed for an experienced frontend engineer who can take ownership of React architecture and deliver high-quality, scalable user experiences.You will serve as the technical authority for frontend development, shaping component systems, UI patterns, and engineering standards.The position combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, mentoring engineers and guiding offshore development teams.You will collaborate closely with product, UX, backend engineering, and architecture teams to build enterprise-grade applications.Your work will directly impact platform reliability, usability, security, and delivery speed across critical workflows.This opportunity is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges in a collaborative, AI-enabled environment.

Accountabilities: The Senior Frontend Engineer will lead frontend engineering initiatives while ensuring technical excellence, scalable architecture, and successful delivery of user-facing solutions. The role requires a balance of strategic decision-making, hands-on development, and team collaboration.
- Define and lead React frontend architecture, including component structures, state management strategies, and scalable design system implementations.
- Build and maintain reusable component libraries and deliver high-quality React interfaces based on UX designs and accessibility standards.
- Lead and support offshore frontend engineers by assigning tasks, conducting code reviews, mentoring team members, and ensuring production-ready delivery.
- Develop frontend integrations with backend REST APIs through secure API gateway patterns while implementing role-based access control and authentication workflows.
- Ensure frontend code quality through CI/CD compliance, automated testing practices, security reviews, and defect resolution throughout development and production phases.
- Translate Figma designs into responsive, accessible, and polished user interfaces while partnering closely with UX and product stakeholders.
- Lead sprint demonstrations, communicate technical decisions clearly, and support knowledge transfer activities with internal and client teams.
- Continuously improve frontend development practices, documentation, and engineering workflows through modern tools and AI-assisted development approaches.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a senior frontend specialist with strong React expertise, proven leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. They should bring a strong understanding of modern web development practices and enterprise application delivery.
- 6–8+ years of frontend development experience, including at least 4 years focused on React, functional components, hooks, context API, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience leading or directing frontend engineering teams, including distributed or offshore developers.
- Strong experience translating UX/UI designs from Figma or similar tools into production-ready applications.
- Experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor for development, documentation, architecture support, and code reviews.
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture patterns, reusable components, design systems, and enterprise application development.
- Experience implementing role-based access control (RBAC) and authentication solutions, preferably with Azure Entra ID and OAuth 2.0.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Storybook, Playwright, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of REST API integration, API gateway concepts, and secure frontend/backend communication.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and frontend security practices such as SAST scanning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with enterprise financial applications, ERP platforms, Azure technologies, Azure DevOps, Veracode, React Router, Material UI, RTK Query, or similar technologies.
