About the Role

This is an unpaid learning opportunity designed for candidates who want practical exposure to product management, healthcare technology, market research, requirements gathering, and agile product development. The selected candidate will work closely with the product leadership, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining the product roadmap.
  • Conduct market and competitor research in the healthcare sector.
  • Identify customer needs, industry trends, and potential product opportunities.
  • Support discussions with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in documenting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, product demonstrations, and other agile activities.
  • Coordinate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Help prepare product presentations, documentation, and sales-enablement materials.
  • Research healthcare regulations and standards, including interoperability and FHIR.
  • Support product data analysis and reporting.
  • Assist with pre-sales activities and product demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in product management and healthcare technology.
  • Basic understanding of software development and agile methodologies.
  • Exposure to healthcare systems such as EHR, PDMS, interoperability, or FHIR is an advantage.
  • Good analytical, research, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work with teams across different locations and cultures.
  • Previous experience is not mandatory.
