Job Description
This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. Candidates must be willing to work Pacific Time Zone hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST).
As a Principal Solutions Engineer on our Agentic AI team, you will be the technical delivery lead for intelligent solutions that connect AI agents with enterprise workflows, services, and productivity tools into seamless employee experiences. You will work collaboratively across teams to develop and deliver agentic solutions that span multiple platforms.
- Architect and deliver production-grade agentic AI solutions with cross-system orchestration.
- Build autonomous agents with multi-step reasoning, tool use, and workflow execution.
- Partner with Integration, Service Management, and Productivity teams to co-develop agentic solutions for shared employee journeys.
- Drive hands-on implementation from design through deployment and optimization.
- Establish reusable patterns, engineering standards, and best practices.
- Mentor engineers and elevate technical capability across the team.
Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Delivery
- Design and deliver end-to-end agentic AI solutions spanning enterprise workflows and productivity platforms.
- Architect complete agent workflows: intent → reasoning → orchestration → action → response.
- Build reliable, observable, scalable implementations ready for enterprise production.
- Lead solution design reviews for complex cross-platform use cases.
Agentic AI Development
- Build autonomous agents using LLMs, RAG, tool-use patterns, and multi-step reasoning.
- Configure and extend agentic AI platforms; develop AI actions, intents, and knowledge pipelines.
- Implement responsible AI controls - testing, guardrails, PII protection, and compliance.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with Enterprise Integration, Service Management, and Productivity teams to co-develop agentic solutions that span multiple systems.
- Work jointly with platform engineers to ensure AI agents integrate seamlessly with existing workflows, APIs, and data sources.
- Facilitate technical alignment across teams on shared employee journeys and reusable components.
- Participate in Architecture Council, joint sprint planning, and cross-team design reviews.
Engineering Excellence
- Establish best practices for agentic AI development, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Design reusable integration patterns, API connectors, and event-driven architectures.
- Conduct design reviews, mentor engineers, and drive productivity through automation and tooling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
- 10+ years of professional software engineering or solutions engineering experience.
- 5+ years delivering integrated enterprise solutions across multiple platforms and systems.
- Hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, NLU/NLP, and orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with agentic AI platforms (Moveworks, ServiceNow AI Agents, Copilot Studio, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in Python and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with API design, event-driven architecture, and workflow orchestration.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.
Preferred
- Experience with enterprise service management, integration platforms, or Microsoft 365/Power Platform.
- Background in responsible AI practices, governance, and testing frameworks.
- Experience with knowledge graphs, enterprise search, or content management.
- Experience establishing engineering standards and influencing direction across teams.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $118,500 - $165,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
