The Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated technical writer who can communicate technical concepts effectively. In this role, you will author documentation and content to help Hadean and our partners succeed. This will include internal, customer, and user-focused content. You will collaborate with Product Managers / Specialists, Engineers, and Field Engineers to lead in the construction of comprehensive guides, documentation, and explanations of our products and their functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Author and maintain product documentation
  • Write guides and tutorials for onboarding users and developers
  • Write API specifications for services and SDKs
  • Collaborate with Engineers and Field Engineers in an agile development environment
  • Work with people across the organisation to collect and centralise information

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Experience writing technical documentation
  • Comfortable writing detail-oriented, user-centric material
  • Good at learning and understanding technical concepts
  • Experience with version control such as git
  • Knowledge of OpenAPI / Swagger is nice to have
  • Experience with agile processes and Atlassian technologies such as Jira is nice to have
