Your Role

• This BA will support LendingClub’s loan servicing software. The role involves ensuring systems are configured correctly and addressing issues across new and existing products.

• Learn and understand LendingClub’s systems and loan processes quickly.

• Support product configuration, requirements gathering, and data analysis.

• Perform hands-on testing (writing and executing test scenarios).

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

• Work on both new product launches and ongoing system improvements.

Your Profile

• We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Analyst with a strong ability to analyze complex business problems, data, and processes to identify solutions

• and opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, with a proven track record in requirements gathering, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)."

• 3+ years as a hands-on Business Analyst).

• SQL proficiency.

• Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence.

• Understanding of loan processes, loan origination, and related terminology.

• Familiarity with general cloud knowledge.

• Analytical mindset - ability to diagnose, test, and validate systems and data.

• Excellent communication - able to explain detailed problem-solving steps clearly.

• Experience with Spectrum platform preferred

• Must be able to grasp concepts quickly, ask questions when unclear, and communicate precisely.

• Engaged, detailed, and curious, not just overseeing tasks."
