This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data Analyst - SR - (English & Spanish) based in Brazil.
This role offers the opportunity to work as a senior individual contributor on global data-driven products and digital solutions.You will manage projects end to end, from initial discovery and information gathering through configuration, testing, training, deployment, and ongoing client support.Working with multinational teams and customers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, you will help turn complex data into practical business insights.The role combines data analysis, business intelligence, digital product implementation, automation, and client-facing consulting.You will also identify opportunities to standardize processes and use AI to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and support multilingual solutions.Strong communication and data storytelling skills will be essential as you present findings, train users, and guide clients through successful adoption.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced data professional who enjoys consulting, global collaboration, and delivering measurable value through technology and analytics.

Accountabilities
- Manage and implement global digital products and data-driven solutions for internal and external clients, ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and ongoing support.
- Lead projects throughout the full lifecycle, including kickoff meetings, information gathering and capture, configuration, testing, training, presentations, deployment, and client follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to automate and standardize processes across product modules and translate recommendations into practical implementations.
- Apply AI and automation as tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality, including creating and using effective prompts and supporting multilingual configurations.
- Prepare client-facing documentation, reports, presentations, and other materials using tools such as PowerPoint and related platforms.
- Deliver configuration and product implementation training to global teams and client stakeholders.
- Work directly with clients to promote best practices in product management, implementation, deployment, and adoption.
- Execute unit testing and quality assurance activities across products and projects.
- Transform data into clear and compelling narratives through data storytelling, communicating insights accurately to technical and business audiences.
- Collaborate proactively with geographically distributed, cross-functional teams, particularly Client Success and other global stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile methodologies and squad-based delivery routines, contributing to planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Lead by example and contribute to initiatives that improve processes, technology, delivery quality, and customer experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in data, digital products, Business Intelligence, or closely related fields.
- At least 3 years of professional experience working in a consulting environment.
- Fluent English at C1+ level, with the ability to conduct client presentations and training sessions confidently.
- Fluent Spanish, with the ability to conduct presentations and training sessions for clients across Latin America.
- Fluent Portuguese.
- Practical knowledge of ETL processes and data workflows.
- Experience with Business Intelligence and visualization tools, particularly Power BI, Tableau, and ECharts.
- Proficiency with supporting tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Power Query, and Jira.
- Solid understanding of Agile software development methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Familiarity with fundamental machine learning concepts.
- Experience writing and using AI prompts to improve day-to-day analytical and delivery workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex insights clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and a data-driven, analytical approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multicultural teams across multiple time zones.
- Experience with HSE, risk management, or operational excellence projects is advantageous.
- Previous experience implementing or rolling out digital products or SaaS solutions for clients is a plus.
- Experience working in multinational environments with geographically distributed teams is highly valued.
- Residency in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro is considered an advantage.
