Aircall’s AI Voice Agent automates routine calls, AI Assist streamlines post-call work, and AI Assist Pro delivers real-time guidance so people can do their best work. The result is higher revenue, faster resolutions, and teams that scale with confidence.
Aircall is headquartered in Paris, our European HQ, with a strong North American presence anchored in Seattle, our North American HQ, and teams across Madrid, London, Berlin, San Francisco, New York City, Sydney, and Mexico City. We’ve built a product customers love and a business that’s scaling quickly, backed by world-class investors and driven by rapid AI innovation across multiple product lines.
At Aircall, you’ll join a company in motion. We’re ambitious, product-driven, and execution-focused, with visible impact, fast decisions, and real growth.
How we work at Aircall: We’re customer-obsessed, data-driven, and focused on delivering meaningful outcomes. We value ownership, continuous learning, and thoughtful speed. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where trust and impact matter, you’ll feel at home here.
The GTM Systems team owns the configuration, build, and governance of Aircall's Revenue technology stack with Salesforce at the center, with CPQ, billing integrations, and the broader lead-to-cash architecture surrounding it. The Staff BSA is the most senior individual contributor on the team, and the technical authority we hold the rest of the function against.
This is a role for someone who reads a complex Salesforce org as a diagnostic puzzle. You'll own the hardest problems: legacy configurations, integration architecture, and the design decisions that sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing Commerce, and Finance org. You'll partner closely with RevOps to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and with the broader GTMS team to raise the standard of delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end solution design and configuration for lead-to-cash workflows: opportunity management, quoting, order processing, contract lifecycle, and billing integrations
- Partner with RevOps to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture; you run technical QA, RevOps and the requesting business owner sign off on business UAT
- Define and enforce system-level data quality standards: validation rules, dedupe logic, and field-level governance at the point of entry
- Lead release management for the GTMS team: sandbox environments, deployment pipelines, change control, and rollback
- Serve as technical lead on integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems, including billing platforms, marketing automation, data pipelines, and AI tooling with write-back requirements
- Conduct structured audits of existing Salesforce configurations, identify technical debt, and drive remediation
- Mentor junior BSAs on the team, raising the standard of technical delivery and documentation practices
- Contribute to intake, triage, and delivery operations as the team scales
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in lead-to-cash systems, with Salesforce Sales Cloud as the primary platform
- Deep configuration expertise in Salesforce: objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, process automation, permission sets, and profiles
- Demonstrated ability to design solutions against business requirements — not just implement what you are handed
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments with complex quoting, subscription, or usage-based billing models
- Comfortable working across the full delivery lifecycle: requirements, design, build, QA, deployment, and post-launch support
- Strong working knowledge of data quality governance — you understand why bad data at the point of entry cannot be fixed downstream
- Able to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) configuration: product rules, pricing rules, quote templates, guided selling, and contract amendments
- Salesforce Advanced Approvals configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience with CPQ-to-billing integrations (Stripe, Zuora, or similar)
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
- Exposure to revenue recognition workflows and their downstream implications in Salesforce
