Salary range up to $160,000 + Annual Bonus + Benefits - Remote based role

The role - Sr Project Manager -

We are looking for two Senior Project Managers to lead complex clinical research projects across the full trial lifecycle. You will take ownership quickly, bring together the right functional experts, and give sponsors confidence that the work is understood and moving forward.

This is a hands-on role. Alongside leading projects, you will help strengthen how the team works as the company grows.

The Sr Project Manager role is suited to someone who is passionate about clinical trial project management

What you'll do

  • Lead clinical research projects from handover through delivery, keeping the full trial in view, including clinical operations, data, and regulatory submission needs.

  • Build, maintain, and use project timelines to coordinate work, identify dependencies, and manage delivery.

  • Facilitate project calls and communicate clearly with sponsors and internal teams.

  • Identify risks early, investigate their impact, and drive practical solutions with the relevant experts.

  • Manage study budgets, gross margin, forecasting, revenue recognition, reporting, and monthly financial reconciliations.

  • Manage sponsor expectations, including discussing scope changes and preparing change orders when work moves beyond the contracted scope.

  • Complete core project-management responsibilities, including TMF management, meeting minutes, timesheet entry, and timely review of contractor time.

  • Step into coordinator coverage where needed and work collaboratively with project coordinators and cross-functional colleagues.
