WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Minimum 3+ to 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking (Cisco Enterprise Routing & Switching and Cisco Nexus Data Center platforms). CCNP certification preferred.
- Working proficiency in network automation and programmability (Python, Ansible, Terraform, REST APIs).
- Prior delivery experience in large-scale enterprise/financial services infrastructure migrations.
- Prior Leadership experience managing global teams
Operational Schedule & Regional Coverage:
- Multi-region coverage supporting AMER, EMEA, and APAC business hours.
- Capability to execute scheduled 12-hour weekend migration windows with vendor-managed shift rotation and compensatory-off policies.

- 100% pre-onboarding background verification clearance and strict compliance with global enterprise security and data privacy standards.
