Description

Puget Sound Pipe is a premier wholesale distributor of pipe, valves and fittings in the Pacific Northwest & Alaska. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Project Manager to support large construction and industrial projects throughout the Spokane region. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely communication, and successful project execution.

Hired candidate will be working onsite at the branch location. There is no relocation assistance available.

Project Manager starting at $25.00-$30.00/hour depending on experience.

Basic Duties:

  • Process and submit daily billing documentation to SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate and manage order expediting activities for large projects in the Spokane region.
  • Communicate delivery schedules and updates clearly with customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Retrieve and provide Material Test Reports (MTRs) in support of customer and project requirements.
  • Compile and distribute submittal packages in accordance with project specifications and customer needs.
  • Oversee and manage customer return processes, ensuring efficient resolution and adherence to company procedures.

  • Ability to learn and become proficient in basic computer programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as our order entry system.
  • Demonstrate commitment to customer service, attention to detail, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.
  • Previous experience in construction, industrial distribution, project coordination, customer service, or inside sales.
  • Experience working with submittals, project documentation, or contract specifications preferred.
