Business Development & Sales Enablement Analyst

How the day will look like

As a Business Development & Sales Enablement Analyst, you will be a critical operational partner to the North America Commercial organization. You will focus on sales enablement, business development support, data governance, reporting, and commercial process management to help commercial leaders and teams execute more effectively.

You will:

  • Audit, validate and maintain CRM and commercial data to improve accuracy, completeness and consistency across pipeline, account and opportunity records.
  • Build, maintain and distribute recurring reports and dashboards, supporting performance tracking, pipeline visibility and commercial analytics.
  • Execute recurring sales operations workflows, including account assignment, opportunity tracking, unmarketable account reviews, and CRM data administration.
  • Support prospect identification, lead assignment and outbound sales workflows, providing operational support that enables efficient commercial execution.
  • Use research platforms and external data sources to identify business opportunities, gather market and competitive intelligence, and support market sizing and growth assessments.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, commercial enablement, analytics or a related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and comfort working across multiple data sources and systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving skills, with high attention to detail and a process‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and communicate effectively in English (verbal and written); experience with BI / visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
