[What the role is]

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future ready built environment for Singapore. Besides regulating building safety, we lead and transform the built environment sector in delivering a safe, high quality, sustainable and friendly built environment. [What you will be working on]

Oversee day-to-day contract management of outsourced facility management services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, key performance indicators, and contractual obligations

  • Projects: Identify and scope infrastructure improvements, asset renewal, space optimisation and capital projects based on asset condition assessments and insights from smart FM data
  • Plan, budget, and schedule capital projects including coordination with consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, from procurement to site supervision and project close out
  • Track project expenditures, analyse trends, and provide insights for cost optimisation and future planning
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement, financial procedures, and internal governance processes

[What we are looking for]

  • Relevant qualification and professional certification in project management, building, engineering, architecture, or related discipline
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in project delivery or capital works management
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Exposure to data-driven decision making or Smart FM-enabled planning will be an advantage
