Business & Market Analyst Intern - Your future position?

In this Budapest-based role, you will support the Category Management through market analysis, should-cost & pricing analysis, data cleansing and consolidation to improve input on spend coverage decisions, negotiation leverage and information.

 

You will

  • Collect, consolidate and visualise data (internal and external)
  • Analyse past and prospective information
  • Create and maintain market reports, research and fact sheets
  • Contribute to the automation agenda and overall improvement of the Team's deliverables
  • Communicate relevant information within Procurement and other Givaudan functions
  • Work under the guidance of the Senior members, Team manager and others in the Team on specific tasks
  • Focus on training and gaining knowledge
  • Build effective relationships within local teams and several Stakeholder groups
  • Communicate with internal and external partners by phone or via email
  • Present relevant information within Procurement and other Givaudan functions
  • Ensure correct and daily execution of key responsibilities adhering to the service levels
  • Act according to the team's governance principles: ensure integrity, quality and compliance

 

Our requirements

  • Studying for at least another year in a full-time Hungarian University programme in the field of Data Science, Finance, Economics or equivalent
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (Power Pivot and Power Query are an advantage)
  • Knowledge of database and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI) is an advantage
  • Experience with programming languages (especially JavaScript, Google Apps script or VBA) is an advantage
  • Good numerical and presentational skills, with attention to detail
