We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support the next stage of that growth. The role spans project management, account management, and customer success, working closely with existing customers and with the management team on the analysis and reporting behind commercial decisions.

The role

Here’s what you can expect to get up to…

  • Project management, tracking delivery milestones and dependencies, monitoring progress against plan, and keeping stakeholders informed
  • Account management for a portfolio of existing customers, acting as their main point of contact and identifying opportunities to grow the relationship
  • Customer success, monitoring product adoption and working with customers so they get full value from what they have bought
  • Analysing and documenting how the business runs across commercial and delivery activity, and recommending improvements\
  • Owning data quality across our core business systems, including CRM records, deal pipeline, and internal order management
  • Producing regular management reporting on commercial performance and customer health, and interpreting what the numbers show

What’s needed?

  • Degree educated in a technology related subject, such as computer science, information systems, software engineering, or similar
  • Three or more years experience in a project management, account management, or business analysis role
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data and drawing practical conclusions from it
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Confident working across business systems and able to learn new tools quickly
  • Strong attention to detail, well organised and proactive
  • Able to own a workstream with limited supervision, and to work effectively as part of a distributed team
