We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will be a vital engine for scaling our visual assets at SplitMetrics Agency team. If you are fast, detail-oriented, accurate with visual standards, and looking for a role with a clear path toward high-level creative ownership, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you will:
- Scale & adapt: execute fast, high-volume resizes and localizations of App Store/Google Play screenshots and promotional assets across various formats.
- Maintain visual consistency: ensure absolute brand and technical alignment for all resized and localized assets without compromising visual quality or strict technical guidelines.
- Support UA & ASO teams: deliver ready-to-use production assets on time to help performance and optimization teams hit their goals.
- Evolve & take ownership: gradually move from production support to end-to-end ownership of design tasks and minor creative initiatives as your operational efficiency grows.
- Assist agency needs: help with internal visual tasks and case study materials when needed.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in creating marketing materials and promotional assets across various platforms and ad networks.
- Ability to handle large volumes of resizes and layout adaptations quickly and without technical errors.
- Hands-on experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and technical specs for digital advertising channels.
- Attention to detail: approach to maintaining grid alignment, visual hierarchy, and brand guidelines across variations.
- English language skills: B1-B2 or above.
It would be nice if you have:
- Experience preparing marketing graphics specifically for App Store & Google Play - huge plus.
- Basic motion design or animation skills (After Effects).
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
