The Job You Will Perform:
This role plays a critical part in supporting IT financial operations and strategic planning within the PSNA IT organization. The position partners closely with Finance to manage portfolio budgets, forecasts, and actuals across both operational and capital expenditures. It contributes to the development of investment business cases, ensures financial transparency, and promotes adherence to governance processes. The role also supports the IT Director in executing regional strategy deployment and helps define key initiatives and KPIs that align with organizational goals. Success in this position requires strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, SAP, and data analysis tools. The candidate must be adept at interpreting complex financial data, conducting ad hoc analyses, and providing actionable insights. Responsibilities include summarizing financial results, supporting audits, managing budgeting processes, and performing contract analysis. Collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement are essential, as is the ability to tie financials to the products and services delivered by PSNA IT. The role also emphasizes best practices in prioritization, resource allocation, and benefits tracking.
Key Accountabilities:
Financial Governance
- Partner with IT Finance to monitor portfolio budgets, forecasts, and actuals across both opex and capex
- Support the development of investment business cases and track benefits realization against approved plans
- Ensure financial transparency and adherence to governance processes
- Supports the IT Director, Strategy & Planning in the development and execution of strategy deployment within the region
- Ability to support the development of key initiatives and KPIs to support the PSNA IT organization
- Ability to effectively summarize and report out financial results
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Help support our AI Strategy and Deployment
- Proficiency with tools, data and analytics with the ability to use various data analysis tools and software to extract, manipulate and analyze data
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Strong technical skills, excel skills and the ability to maneuver in SAP and various systems
- Provides substantial input into the optimization and asset investment needs of the organization
- Skilled in conducting ad hoc analysis
- Ability to interpret US GAAP, Cost Accounting principles and key internal controls across the IT organization
- Support Annual budgeting process data & analysis
- Support internal/external audit engagements
- Responsible for accurate & timely reports
- Perform IT contract analysis
- Tie the financials to the Products and Services provided by PSNA IT
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Promote best practices in prioritization, resource allocation, and benefits tracking

- Influencing and coordinating work across multiple teams without direct authority

The Skills You Will Bring:
Education and General Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance or related field
- 1-3+ years of related experience
Functional Knowledge and Experience.
- Background supporting IT project delivery, including ERP, SAP, digital transformation, infrastructure, or enterprise application initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Strong technical skills, excel skills and the ability to maneuver in SAP and various systems
- Provides substantial input into the optimization and asset investment needs of the organization
- Skilled in conducting ad hoc analysis
Technical:
- Leverage approved AI tools for day-to-day deliverables
