Full description

Accelerator 365 is part of Reply, a global technology group of over 16,000 specialists working across cutting-edge digital, cloud, and AI solutions. Within that network, we’re a focused, ambitious team building a suite of over 30 plug-and-play SharePoint intranet applications, trusted by more than 170 organisations worldwide, including some of the world’s most recognisable brands. Our products help companies create modern, engaging digital workplaces without the complexity of bespoke development. We’re growing, and this is a great time to join us.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support the next stage of that growth. The role spans project management, account management, and customer success, working closely with existing customers and with the management team on the analysis and reporting behind commercial decisions.

The role

Here’s what you can expect to get up to…

  • Market analysis, building and maintaining a view of the sectors and organisations that fit our products, and prioritising where we should focus
  • Target account and contact research, building structured account lists and keeping the underlying data accurate and current in our CRM
  • Initial engagement with target contacts, opening conversations, understanding their situation, and assessing whether there is a genuine fit
  • Preparing and booking qualified meetings for the management team, including the background research needed to make those conversations useful
  • Competitor and positioning analysis, tracking how alternative products are presented and feeding that back into our messaging
  • Pipeline and activity reporting, showing what has been tried, what is working, and where effort is best invested
  • Working with the management team to refine our approach based on what the data shows

What’s needed?

  • Degree educated in a technology related subject, such as computer science, information systems, software engineering, or similar
  • Four or more years experience in a research, analysis, or market-facing role
  • Strong research skills, able to build an accurate picture of an organisation from limited information
  • Confident opening conversations with senior people at organisations we have not worked with before
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with spoken English to a high standard
  • Comfortable working to measurable targets and reporting openly on progress
  • Self-directed, able to own a workstream with limited supervision as part of a distributed team
