Senior Software Engineer (SSIS, PowerBI, Python, PowerApps, PowerShell)

About this role:

• Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Experience in developing the functionalities, enhancements and bug fixes for application
• Should be able to design and develop Power BI reports with SQL Server Database.
• Experience with Autosys similar orchestration tools. Working knowledge of REST APIs, Object Storage, and CI/CD pipelines
• SSIS, PowerBI, Python, PowerApps an Autosys

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in developing the functionalities, enhancements and bug fixes for application
• Should be able to design and develop Power BI reports with SQL Server Database.
• Experience with Autosys similar orchestration tools. Working knowledge of REST APIs, Object Storage, and CI/CD pipelines
• SSIS, PowerBI, Python, PowerApps an Autosys

Job Expectations:

• Hands-on experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Shell, Python etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Active Directory, databases, Jira, and Confluence.
• Independently working with stake holders and central tech teams for all software maintenance to constantly align the application per the enterprise everchanging guidelines without any support
• Involve in end –end lifecycle of Product/Application development, analyze highly complex business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign complex modules and applications.
• Proficiency with Agile, DevOps practices, delivering Cloud solutions. Experience with delivering projects using Agile software development techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high‑performance cloud native solutions using Python and Autosys.
• Daily ETL Loads
• Hands on experience with Power BI dashboarding (Fabric would be an added advantage)
• Investigate and solve the reporting issues on the real-time data issues
• Working experience on getting data via APIs
• Monitor and action TCI events regularly
• Onboarding and maintenance of apps to in house testmetrics application
• Handle App related Incidents, Service Account maintenance, Change Requests as and when required to adhere to enterprise guidelines
