Full description

The Product Marketing Manager will support key go-to-market (GTM) activities within CCC's Information and Content Solutions (ICS) business unit including product update/release communications, persona research and development, market intelligence research, sales enablement programs, and marketing communications support. Working with business unit leaders, you will help execute our product marketing initiatives and help drive demand for our products and services.

This is a fixed term position to cover for maternity leave.

Compensation range: 125,500 - 140,000 RON Annually

The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, licensure, certifications, related experience and other related factors

What you will be doing

  • Manage the release and product update communications program to ensure customers understand the benefits of our new product features and functionality.
  • Assist in the creation of compelling and persona-driven sales enablement that supports sales and differentiates our products and services in the market (sales tools and training, competitive positioning, FAQs, cheat sheets, etc.)
  • Partner with Marketing Communications to support and track the development and execution of campaigns and collateral including email campaigns, webinars, tradeshow participation, product sheets, whitepapers, advertising, and web content.
  • Support launch plans and other GTM-related efforts working with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing Communications to identify and track key deliverables and drive them to successful outcomes.
  • Research market trends and opportunities to help inform the development of new products and services.
  • Proactively track insights in the marketplace, including how competitors are positioned across the landscape.
  • Contribute to a vibrant buyer persona program through the development and update of personas.
  • May be accountable for other results and activities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-5 Years of business experience. Prior product marketing or scholarly publishing marketing experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality.
  • Flexibility, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of products.
